My reports and testimony have been effective in both plaintiff and defendant cases in civil and criminal court. They are based on my unique set of experiences, training and skills as outlined on this site.
The process begins with a telephone conference to discuss the case and continuing consultation and feedback as we proceed.
Should you wish to retain me, I will take the following steps:
- Review and evaluate hardcopies of all documents including depositions, witness statements, investigative reports correspondence and all discovery.
- Conduct research based on the focus of the report. This will include, where appropriate, statutes, administrative codes, ordnances, training materials and best practices.
- Draft a report based on this research and the concurrent review of all related documents for applicability. The report generally covers: case background; my qualifications; identification of documents reviewed;
- Specific detailed commentary on the points to be addressed; and the basis for those comments and a summary
- Review the report to insure that it is comprehensive and addresses the concerns and issues of the client.
- Maintain availability throughout the legal process to give depositions and courtroom testimony, consultation as well as the review and evaluation of the testimony of others.
